- Chicken -
- Maida - 1 cup
- Cornflou(r 2 tblsn) -
- Ginger Paste - 1 tspn
- Garlic paste - 1 tspn

- Oats - 1 cup
- Salt : As required -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly pwde - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp

- Rinse the cut pieces of chicken and leave to drain a while.
- In a bowl add red chilly powder, Turmeric powder,maidha,corn flour,salt and garam masala
- Toss well and make sure there is sufficient salt.
- Coat each chicken pieces in oats.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces,turn the heat down to medium low.leave undisturbed for the first 3 minutes and gently turn over.cook till done or golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with garlic paste and bun....
