Ingredients: 2 cups Curd; 1½ dsp Oil; ¼ tsp Mustard seeds; ¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds (Uluva); 1 medium Onion (sliced to small pieces); 4 nos Garlic pods (sliced to small pieces); 1 inch Ginger (sliced to small pieces); 1 sprig Curry leaves (sliced); 2 nos Green chillie (sliced); 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder; 1 cup Water; Salt (As reqd)

Ingredients

2 cups Curd
1½ dsp Oil
¼ tsp Mustard seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
1 medium Onion sliced to small pieces
4 nos Garlic pods sliced to small pieces
1 inch Ginger sliced to small pieces
1 sprig Curry leaves sliced
2 nos Green chillie sliced
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 cup Water
Salt As reqd

Instructions

Heat oil in a vessel.
Splutter mustard seeds followed by fenugreek seeds, ginger, fry it for 30 seconds, to this then add garlic, fry it for 30 seconds, followed by onion and fry it until onion turns golden brown. Once this is over, add the chillies and curry leaves into the vessel and fry.
Add turmeric powder and stir.
Add curd and water and stir continuously until mixture is hot but be careful to switch off the fire before the moru curry reaches boiling point.
Add salt according to your taste.
