Soft & Easy Vellayappam Soft & easy vellayappam without coconut 2 cups Pachari/Idli ari2 tbsp Black gram (Uzhunnu)1/2 cup Cooked rice1/2 tsp YeastSalt (As reqd) Soak pachari/idli rice & black gram for about 8 hrs.Grind well the soaked rice & black gram along with the cooked rice.Add yeast and mix well.Leave this till the mixture rises.Add salt and mix well.Heat a tawa and make soft appams.:- Serve hot with chicken or egg curry.
