Ingredients
- Soya chunk - 100 gram
- Onion - 1 no
- green chilli - 2.
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Tomato - 1 small
- Ginger - 1 small
- garlic - 2 pod
- Cumin seeds(Optional ) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to tas -

Instructions
- Boil the soya chunks just for a minute ,strain it and keep it aside.
- Grind the grated coconut with cumin seeds, chopped tomato, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder to a thin paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves and saute it well.
- Add the ground coconut mixture and saute it again. ( on low flame )
- Serve it hot with chapathi, pooris or plain rice.
