Soya Chunk Curry
It is a healthy and tasty side dish . It is an excellent source of protein.

Ingredients

Soya Chunk

Onion

Green chilli
1/4
cup
Grated
coconut
1
small
Tomato
1
small
Ginger
2
pod
Garlic
Cumin seeds
Optional
1/4
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Chilli powder
Salt
to tas
Instructions
Boil the soya chunks just for a minute ,strain it and keep it aside.
Grind the grated
coconut
with
cumin seeds
, chopped
tomato
,
ginger
,
garlic
,
turmeric
,
chilli powder
to a thin paste.
Heat
oil
in a pan, add chopped
onion
,
green chillies
,
curry leaves
and saute it well.
Add the ground
coconut
mixture and saute it again. ( on low flame )
Add the soya chunks and
salt
, mix it well. Then add little hot
water
, cover and cook it for 5- 10 minutes.
Serve it hot with chapathi, pooris or plain rice.
