- Green chili 1 no. -
- besan flour 5 tsp -
- Maida : 2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 3 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Tomato sauce : 3 tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Oil to fry -

- grind the soya chunks without adding water
- in a bowl add grind soya chunks, chopped onion, green chili, besan flour, maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste
- mix well
- make a small balls
- heat the oil and deep fry it
- now crispy soya chunks balls is ready to serve, serve with sauce
