Ingredients
- Soya granules(If soya chunks is available, just grind them to make it into granules) - 500 gm
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 4 -
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Egg masala powder or curry masala powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Soya Sauce - 1 -
- Onions - 1 large
- Oil - 2 -
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- When it starts boiling, add the soya granules to it.
- Let it boil just for 5 mins.
- Drain it in a cotton cloth/muslin cloth completely for 1 hr.
- In a kadai/wok, heat oil.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the finely chopped onions and chillies and fry for 2 mins.
- When the mix turns light golden, add the curry leaves followed by the dried soya and mix well.
- After 2 mins, add the tumeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and curry masala.
- Saute well until all is mixed well and dry fry for 5 - 7 mins.
- Finely add the soya sauce and mix well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with any Indian roti/bread
