- Rice : 2 cup -
- soya chunks 1/2 cup -
- onion 2 no. -
- tomato 6 no. -
- green chili 4 no. -
- ginger garlic paste 4 tsp -
- coriander leaves 1/2 cup -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- bay leaf 3 no. -
- cinamon small piece -
- clove 3 no. -
- aniseed 2 no. -
- Fennel seed 1 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -

Instructions
- Chop the onion, green chili and coriander leaves
- make tomato as puree
- heat the oil and ghee in the cooker and temper the bay leaf, aniseed, fennel seed, cinnamon and clove
- add coriander leaves and mix it
- add tomato puree and mix it and allow to cook for 2 mins
- add red chili powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
- add soya chunks and mix it
- add soaked rice and mix it
- allow to cook for 2 mins in medium flame
- add 4 cup of water for 2 cup of rice and close the lid and allow for 1 whistle
- now soya chunks tomatobath is ready to serve. serve with raitha
