- Green chilly - 1
- garlic - 5 pods
- Lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(a pinch) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Oil(to fry) -

Instructions
- Marinate the fish in the onion paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and curry leaves.
- Fry it in oil in a nonstick pan.
- Serve it hot.
