- Beef - 500
- Onion - 2
- Shallots - 5 no
- Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 4
- Coconut pieces - 2 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Oil - 2 teaspoon

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Take a pressure cooker,add beef,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt ,curry leaves and enough water.cook it for about 5-6 whistles.
- Open the pressure cooker when cooled,put it in high flame and cook till all the water content is absorbed.keep it aside.
- Add pepper powder,garam masala,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,salt and cooked beef,combine well and add fried coconut pieces,dry red chilly and coriander leaves.cook for another few seconds and remove from the flame.
- Spicy beef roast is ready.
