- Bread slices - 4 nos
- Egg - 1 no
- Onion(large) - 1 no
- Tomato - 1 no
- Chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder -
- Milk(optional) -
- Coriander leaves -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Beat egg with a pinch of salt, pepper powder and salt.
- Dip the bread in it and fry it on a tava.
- When the bread turns brown in colour, remove it from fire and then cut it into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a tava and fry finely chopped onions.
- When it turns brown in colour, add tomato.
- Fry well and when the tomato becomes soft, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, sugar and salt.
- Stir well and add the bread pieces.
- Mix well and add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Transfer the contents to a serving dish.
- :- Serve hot with tea.
