  1. Beat egg with a pinch of salt, pepper powder and salt.
  2. Dip the bread in it and fry it on a tava.
  3. When the bread turns brown in colour, remove it from fire and then cut it into small pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a tava and fry finely chopped onions.
  5. When it turns brown in colour, add tomato.
  6. Fry well and when the tomato becomes soft, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, sugar and salt.
  7. Stir well and add the bread pieces.
  8. Mix well and add finely chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Transfer the contents to a serving dish.
  10. :- Serve hot with tea.
