Instructions
  1. Cut the brinjal into half inch thick round pieces.

  2. Mix all the masalas with little water and 1 tbsp oil to make a smooth paste.

  3. Marinate the brinjal pieces in masala and rest it for 15 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and add some curry leaves.Place each brinjal pieces on its top.fry in medium flame for 3-4 minutes

  5. Turn the other side and cook for another 3 minutes.
