Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Coconut - 1/2 of
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Grind together cumin seeds, black pepper, chilly powder, coriander powder and onion.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the chicken, masala, salt and curry leaves along with some water.
- Let the chicken cook for 15 minutes.
- After the chicken is 3/4th cooked, add the coconut paste.
- Keep on low flame for another 10 min.
