  • 1 kg Mushroom chopped
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Garlic chopped
  • 30 g Celery chopped
  • 4 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp White wine


  • For preparing spicy garlic mushroom, first cook the mushroom pieces in some water and required salt.
  • Fry the ingredients: garlic, celery and onion in butter.
  • When it turns brown in colour, add the cooked mushroom and salt. Stir it for some time.
  • Add white wine to it and toss lightly.
  • Spicy garlic mushroom is ready.
