Instructions
- Mix together gram flour, asafoetida powder, chilly powder and salt along with water to make a not so thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- When it starts to boil, dip the vegetables in the batter and put it into the oil. (take each piece of vegetable and fry seperate seperate, i think, no need more explanations)
- Fry well.
- When done, take them out and place them on an absorbent paper.
- :- Serve with tomato sauce.
