- Spinach leaves(chopped) - 250 g
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing spinach pakoda`s, take a bowl and mix in spinach leaves, gram flour, maida, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and little water(just to bind the pakoda`s).
- Make small balls and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the pakoda`s on low flame till they become golden brown.
- Spinach pakoda`s are ready. Serve hot for snacks.
