- Sprouted Green Gram - 1 cup
- Green chili - 2
- Mint(small hand) -
- Besan flour - 2 tblsp
- Cooking Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(as taste) -
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Sesame seed - 1 tsp

Instructions
- In a blender Add gram, chili, mint and grind well
- Now add besan flour and mix well without lumps
- Now add salt, mix well and rest for 10 mins
- Now grease dokhla pale or small flat bowl and pour mixture
- Steam for 15 mins and temper with sesame seeds and cut
- Now its ready to serve Spouted Green Gram Dokhla
