  • Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion and green chilly for 10 minutes.
  • Add masalas and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add minced chicken and sauté again for 5 minutes.
  • Knead the rice flour with salt and water as required.
  • Take a large ball from the kneaded dough and press it on a banana leaf.
  • Spoon in the masala on top of the pressed dough and Fold it in half and press the sides
  • Cover it with banana leaf and steam cook it for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve it with tea.
