Ingredients
- Chicken(cooked in water with 1/2tsp chilly powder,1/4tsp turmeric powder and salt ) - 250g, minced
- Onion(sliced) - 3
- Green chilly(sliced) - 2
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Chicken Masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(as required) -
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Oil(as required) -
- Water(as required) -
- Salt(as required) -
- Rice flour - 3 cup

Instructions
- Add masalas and sauté for 5-6 minutes
- Add minced chicken and sauté again for 5 minutes
- Take a large ball from the kneaded dough and press it on a banana leaf.
- Spoon in the masala on top of the pressed dough and Fold it in half and press the sides
- Cover it with banana leaf and steam cooks it for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve it with tea
