Ingredients
- Sardine/Ayala - 1/2 kg
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat pan, fry onion, dry chillies and green chillies.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric and coriander. Fry well.
- Stuff each fish with this masala.
- Heat pan, pour oil and fry the fish in it. Turn each sides and fry.
- Stuffed fish fry is ready.
