  • 7 nos Tomatoes
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Celery sliced
  • 1 slice Bread crushed
  • 3/4 cup Grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Water As reqd
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves


  • For preparing stuffed tomato, cut the top of the tomato and scoop the flesh and keep the lid.
  • Fry onion, celery, pepper and the flesh of tomato in butter.
  • When the water drains, add the bread pieces and the grated cheese to it.
  • Fill this masala inside the tomato and close it with the tomato sliced lid.
  • Cook it in a steamer for 25 minutes.
  • Stuffed tomato is ready.
