Ingredients

All purpose flour
Maida
1
cup
Jaggery
powdered
2
cups
Water
2
spoon
Cardamom
powdered
1/2
cup
Milk
1/2
cup
Grated
coconut
Refined
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Mix the maida with
milk
and make the dough. Keep it aside for an hour.
Melt the
jaggery
in
water
till it reaches the jeera consistency and add some grated coconuts with
cardamom
powder.
Heat the
oil
in pan.
Make the dough to thin circles(like puri).
Deep fry the circles in
oil
.
Dip them in jeera both the sides immediatey after frying and take it out.
:- Ready to serve.
