Simple & easy tomato curry

Ingredients
- Tomato(medium size) - 4 nos
- Onions(medium size) - 3 nos
- Aniseed(Perinjeerakam) - 3/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Dhania powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Cloves - 2 nos
- Roasted gram(odacha kadala or pottu kadala) - 2 tbsp
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Corriander leaves(for garnishing) -
- Oil(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Chop onions in such a way that you get square pieces.Add onion & saute till the colour changes.
- Once the tomato is cooked well, add Green chilles, Dhania pwder, Chilli pwdr & turmeric powder. Keep stirring for a while till the masala is cooked.
- Grind the coconut & roasted gram into a smooth paste.
- Add the ground mixture wth the cooked masala.
- Also add water & salt accordingly.
- Close the pan with a lid & cook it wel for about 5-7mins in low flame.
- Finally once cooked garnish wth corriander leaves.
- :- Best suited for idlis & dosas.
