- Besan - 2 tsp
- Corn flour - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Yeast - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water for sugar syrup - 1/2 cup
- Water for mixing batter - 1 cup

- In a vessel mix maida,corn flour,besan,curd,yeast,turmeric powder,water well without lumps.
- Now batter is ready
- Then fry till jalebi becomes golden color
- Now jalebi is ready to serve.
