- Butter - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- capsicm - 1

- Green chilies - 4
- Red chili - 2
- Kasthuri methi - 1 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 tsp
- Pepper corns - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat butter in a kadai.
- Add cumin seeds,coriander powder,chili powder and turmeric powder saute for 2 minutes
- In a kadai add some cumin seeds,pepper corns and red chili saute for a minute.
- Add kasturi methi leaves and grind it in a mixer and add this to kadai mix.
- Add paneer pieces to this and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add little more kasthuri methi and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add gram masala and 1/4 cup water and boil for 2 minutes.Now Tasty home made paneer kadai is ready to serve.
