- Methi leaves - 1 cup
- Basmathi rice - 1 cup
- Greenchilli crushed - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1
- Cardamom - 2
- Bay leaves - 1
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Biriyani masala - 1 tsp
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Onion - 2
- onion fried - 1/4 cup
- Cashew - 1 tsp
- Raisins - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Add onions,chopped methi leaves,coriander leaves and tomatoes.Saute for a minute.
- Then add ginger garlic paste,curd and turmeric powder stir for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder and biriyani masala to this.
- Add cooked rice to this and stir for a minute.
- Add fried onions on the top of rice.
- Then add little rice on the top of fried onions.
- Add on the top of rice.
- Now methi pulav is ready to serve.
