- Chenna - 1 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Tomato - 1
- Curry leaves - 5
- Red chili - 2

Instructions
- Fry grated coconut with turmeric powder, coriander powder and chili powder for 2 minutes.
- Grind it in a mixer.
- Heat oil in another kadai add mustard, red chili and curry leaves. Saute for a minute .
- Add this tempering to kadai and mix well. Boil for 2 minutes.
- Delicious dish with an aromatic coconutty flavour is ready. The dish goes well with hot rice for noon day meals.
