Tasty Peanut Choco Jam

  • Roasted Peanut : 2 cup
  • Icing Sugar : 1 cup
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder : ½ Cup
  • 5 tsp Oil : 4


  • In a mixer grinder, powder the peanuts for about 2 minutes. Using a knife / spoon , stir it.
  • Put on the grinder again for about 3 minutes until the natural oils from the peanut comes out and it will turn out to a thick paste.
  • Add cocoa powder and icing sugar to this (you can increase the amount of icing sugar to 1 ½ cups if more sweet is preferred ).

  • Grind well again for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add oil to this.
  • Again mix well. The peanut - choco jam is ready.
  • Store in a tight container, well refrigerated. It could be kept for about 2 weeks.
