- Mixed vegetables - 2 cups
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Basmathi rice/biriyani rice - 2 cups
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Garam masala(crushed) - 2 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tasty veg pulav, first soak rice in water and drain it.
- Heat a pan, add little oil and fry onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, green chillies and vegetables.
- Add soya sauce, chilly sauce and pepper. Add little salt.
- Pour little water and cook veggies.
- When done, and water evaporates, add the rice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
