- Squid - 200 g
- Shallots(rounds) - 1 tbsp
- garlic(crushed) - 3 cloves
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat butter in pan, add onion, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Saute for while. Add calamari in to it.
- Add pepper at last and serve hot. Tomato fried calamari is ready.
