Tuna Fish Pizza

Ingredients for basic dough:


  • To prepare the dough, mix the dried ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add oil and then add water slowly and mix it with a fork. Do not use all the water if its not needed. 2)Knead the dough well for 10 minutes.
  • Keep dough aside and cover it with a kitchen towel. Keep it for 3 hrs and the dough will be double the size. Kneed it again. Dough is ready.
  • Preheat the oven at 450f(225ªC). Grease baking sheet(regular baking sheet) with olive oil and spread the dough on it with hand or rolling pin.
  • Mix chopped tomato, olive oil, salt and spread on the dough.
  • Let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • In another pan, simultaneously saute the onion in olive oil and spread on the pizza. Once when the bread is almost cooked, drain the oil/water from tuna fish and spread it on pizza. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. Tuna fish pizza is ready.
