- Boneless Chicken(cleaned and chopped) - 1/2k g
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon(small) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
- Rice flour - 4 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- Onion(finely sliced) - 1 no
- Green chilly(slit) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing turtle chicken, marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, lemon and ginger-garlic paste for half an hour.
- Add rice flour and corn flour to the marinated chicken. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Take the fried chicken from the oil and keep it aside.
- Then add the fried chicken and curd to the fried onion. Mix it well.
- Close the pan with a lid and keep for 5 minutes in medium flame.
- Turtle chicken is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
