- Green chili - 3
- Shallots - 5
- Mint(little) -
- Cashew nuts - 10
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Asafeotida - ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string

Instructions
- In mixer jar add coconut
- Now add mint, shallots, green chili. grind once
- Now add cashew nuts and salt. grind well
- Now transfer to bowl
- Now temper oil with mustard, asafeotida and curry leaves
- Now its ready to serve with idly dosa.
