Fish dipped in the flavour of methi(low fat without coconut)

Ingredients
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 2 nos
- Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves(finely chopped, Methi leaves) - 1 cup
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 4 -
- Coriander powder -
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Single bone fish - 1 kg
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Pour oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped onions and saute.
- Add the garlic paste and mix well.
- When it turns golden brown, add the methi leaves.
- Stir the methi leaves for 10 mins so that there is no smell of methi.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, the coriander, chilli & turmeric powder.
- Allow the curry to boil and when the tomatoes are 3/4th cooked, add the fish to it along with salt.
- :- Goes well with rice & rotis.
- :- The fish can also be fried with turmeric & salt & later added to the curry.
