Ingredients
- Red chili - 6-8
- Channa dal - 3 tbsp
- Urad dal - 1 tbsp
- Toor dal - 3 tbsp
- Coriander seed( here i used powder) - 3 tbsp
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Roast toor dal and channa dal keep aside
- Now roast urad dal and keep aside
- Now roast red chili
- Now jeera, popper, fenugreek and keep aside
- Now turn off and add coriander powder and asafeptida and allo w to cool all items
- Now grind in mixer and allow to cool
- Now its ready to use for curry.
