Instructions
- Add chopped raw banana or vazhakka to this and saute for a minute.
- Next add turmeric powder ,salt and add 1 cup of water.
- Next cover and bring to boil,cook for 5 minutes.
- When the pieces turn soft uncover and keep on fire until water evaporates completely.
- Now vazhakka mezhukkupuratty is ready to serve.We can serve with rice and curd.
