- Raw banana - 1/2kg chopped
- Chilli flakes - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 6

Instructions
- Cut raw banana into small pieces.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds.When mustard splutters add garlic and onion, stir for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked raw banana to this add salt and curry leaves to this. Stir for 2 minutes until water gets fully dries up.
- Now vazhakka ularthiyathu is ready to serve with hot rice.
