Instructions
- Add maida, water and make dough
- Apply oil, allow for 2 hours by covering it
- Now the dough will be too soft and without sticky
- Take a small Ball and roll it very thin
- Now start pleating the disc from the oppostie edge just like saree pleating.
- Roll it
- Now again roll it very thin
- heat the tawa and cook it by adding oil both side
- now veechu parotta is ready. serve with any korma
