Instructions
- Mix it well to firm a dough.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped vegetables saute for 2 minutes.
- When vegetables become golden color we can add pepper powder and salt.KEEPaside.
- Make small balls from dough.
- Roll each dough balls into thin chapathi of 2-3 diameter thickness.
- Place 1tsp of vegetable stuffing into centre.
- Join all the pleats to center,Prepare all the momos like this.
- Steam the moms in idli cooker for 5 to 6 minutes
- Now we can serve veg momos with chilli garlic chutney.
