Ingredients
- Carrots(medium) - 2 nos
- Broccoli - 1 floret
- Cauiliflowerr - 1 floret
- Zucchini(medium) - 2 nos
- Mushrooms(white preferred) - 5
- Green peas - 1/4 a
- Tomato(ripe and medium) - 4 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Zeal - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Saute garlic in a wok.
- When it turns light brown, add the vegatables except the tomato till they are cooked,
- Add the zeal and soya sauce (use low flame preferrably).
- Transfer the vegetables into a baking tray.
- Slice the tomatoes and top the vegetables.
- Grate the cheddar cheese and cover.
- For taste, you can sprinkle a bit of bread crumbs and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degree till the chesse melts.
