  • 2 nos Carrots medium
  • 1 floret Broccoli
  • 1 floret Cauiliflowerr
  • 2 nos Zucchini medium
  • 5 Mushrooms white preferred
  • 1/4 a Green peas
  • 4 nos Tomato ripe and medium
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Zeal
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste


  • Saute garlic in a wok.
  • When it turns light brown, add the vegatables except the tomato till they are cooked,
  • Add the zeal and soya sauce (use low flame preferrably).
  • Transfer the vegetables into a baking tray.
  • Slice the tomatoes and top the vegetables.
  • Grate the cheddar cheese and cover.
  • For taste, you can sprinkle a bit of bread crumbs and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degree till the chesse melts.
  • :- Get a tray that fits exactly.
