Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add minced ginger and green chillies and saute.
- Take out4-5 portions of the dough and shape it into balls.
- Roll out each portion into a thin round by dusting a little whole wheat flour.
- Cook lightly both sides on a tawa.
- Pour a little oil and spread the vegetables over the chappathis and roll it.
