Vegetable Frankie

An easy snack with vegetables

For the roll of vegetable frankie:-

  • 2 cups Atta
  • Water enough to knead the dough

For the stuffing:-


  • Mix atta with water and salt to make a dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add minced ginger and green chillies and saute.
  • Add grated cabbage, grated carrot, capsicum and saute for few seconds.
  • Add salt, tomato ketchup, Schezwan sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Saute well till it is half cooked.
  • Take out4-5 portions of the dough and shape it into balls.
  • Roll out each portion into a thin round by dusting a little whole wheat flour.
  • Cook lightly both sides on a tawa.
  • Pour a little oil and spread the vegetables over the chappathis and roll it.
