- Thin courgettes(grated) - 2 nos
- Carrots(grated) - 3 nos
- Spaghetti - 200 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then add in the courgettes and cook it for another 2 minutes. Drain the water.
- Transfer the pasta into a salad bowl with 20 grams of butter and 1 tbsp of water. Mix it gently with the cooked veggies.
- Season with pepper powder.
- Vegetable pasta is ready. Serve hot.
