Instructions
- In a deep pan, take oil and cook the chopped onions until it starts browning.
- Add cooked vegetables (I used green peas, potato and carrot. You can add vegetables of your choice ).
- Mix well and cook for a couple more minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and rice.
- Stir continuously for two minutes and add water.
- Close the lid and cook in a low flame until the rice is done.
- Serve hot.
