Easy to prepare vegetable pulau

  • Cooked vegetables : 1 ½ cup
  • Chopped onion : 2 nos
  • Tomato : 2 nos
  • Rice : 2 cup
  • Oil : 4 tsp


  • In a deep pan, take oil and cook the chopped onions until it starts browning.
  • Add cooked vegetables (I used green peas, potato and carrot. You can add vegetables of your choice ).
  • Mix well and cook for a couple more minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and rice.
  • Stir continuously for two minutes and add water.
  • Close the lid and cook in a low flame until the rice is done.
  • Serve hot.
