1/4 cup Mushrooms1/4 cup Cauliflower1/4 cup Peas1/4 cup Potato1/4 cup Carrot1 no Onion (chopped)1 can Tomato pureeGinger (chopped)2 nos Garlic cloves (chopped)1/4 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Coriander powderTurmeric powder (A pinch)1/2 cup Yogurt1/2 tsp Lemon juice1 tbsp Oil/butterCoriander leaves (chopped)1/4 tsp PepperSalt (As reqd) First blend together yogurt, onion, ginger and garlic to a smooth mixture.Add lemon juice, pepper, required salt to the ground mixture and mix well.Stir in chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and some coriander leaves to the mixture. Blend until smooth.Heat butter/oil in a pan and saute the ground masala until oil appears on top.Add tomato puree.Stir in chopped veggies and stir well.
