Ingredients
- Vermicelli(cooked, Semiya) - 1 tea
- Maida - 1/2 tea
- Semolina(Sooji/Rava) - 1/2 tea
- Onion(chopped) - 1 tea
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Groundnuts(roasted, peeled and halved, Nelakadala) - 1 tea
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tea

Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Make balls off it.
- Shape them into vadas.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.
- :- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
