  • Soak urad dal for 4 hours.
  • Grind well in a mixer.
  • Grind steamed wheat flour.
  • Add salt, mix everything together and keep it for fermentation.
  • Heat up a dosa tawa.
  • Pour a ladle of dosa batter on the tawa and spread it thin.
  • Pour oil or ghee over it.
  • :- Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
