- Black gram(Uzhunnu/Urad Dal) - 1 cup
- Wheat flour(steamed) - 2 cups
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Soak urad dal for 4 hours.
- Grind well in a mixer.
- Grind steamed wheat flour.
- Add salt, mix everything together and keep it for fermentation.
- Heat up a dosa tawa.
- Pour a ladle of dosa batter on the tawa and spread it thin.
- :- Serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
