- dry roast sesame seeds
- to it add wheat flour and roast
- then add ghee and fry till the raw smell goes and remove from fire
- heat jagerry sprinkle some water. let it dissolve
- strain it immediately to the fried mix
- make a dough and spread it to a greased plate
- cut to the desired shapes and serve
