- All purpose flour(Maida) - 250 g
- Dry baker’s yeast - 6 g
- Warm water - 160 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing white bread, knead the maida, yeast and salt in a processor.
- Pour in water little by little while kneading it.
- Knead until the dough is soft and supple.
- Leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes on a work area surface dusted with maida.
- Flatten the dough with your hands and shape it as you wish into a loaf.
- Place a baking sheet dusted with maida. Cover with a clean cloth and leave it to rise for 50 minutes in a warm place.
- The dough should rise to twice its original size.
- Pre heat the oven to 240 degrees celsius.
- Make slits on the dough with a blade or knife and bake it for 30 minutes.
- White bread is ready.
