  • For preparing the healthy dish, wash the pumpkin well and cut into small pieces. The shapes should be uniform.
  • Grind the coconut, small onions, turmeric powder and green chillies into a coarse form. Do not make it a paste.
  • Mix this masala with the pumpkin pieces.
  • Add salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves.
  • Add the pumpkin mixture.
  • Stir well and cook till the mixture becomes dry. Cook in low flame so the dish gets cooked well. White Pumpkin Curry Kerala Style is ready. This is a delicious dish that goes well with hot rice.
