- Paneer - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Green chilies - 5
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Butter - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Wash and keep paneer and keep aside.
- Heat butter and oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and saute for a minute.
- Add coriander powder and ,turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
- Add 1tsp water to kadai and saute for a second.
- Add crumbled paneer to this and saute for 2 minutes.Don't overcook paneer because it will get spoiled.
- Now yummy paneer burgi is ready to serve.
