Yummy Special Muesli is a great combination of dry fruits and nuts with oats and cornflakes. Ingredients
  

  • 2 tea Corn Flakes
  • 2 tea Oats
  • 2 tbsp Oats Bran
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 handful Raisins(Onakka munthiri) Black
  • 1 handful Raisins light brown
  • 20 nos Cashews chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp Fried ground nuts Nelakadala
  • 20 nos Almonds soaked in water for 1/2 an hour and chopped, Badam

For serving:

  • For preparing Yummy Special Muesli, take a large bowl and stir in 2 cups of oats and oat bran.
  • Add honey and oil and mix well for at least 10 mins.
  • Cover and keep for 1 hour.
  • Pre heat the oven (not very hot).
  • Spread the mix on a flat oven tray covered with baking sheet(paper used while baking).
  • Bake it for 10 mins.
  • :- Do keep a constant check to any burning.
  • Once you get the aroma, add the corn flakes and rest of the ingredients into the tray.
  • Bake for another 10 mins.
  • :- Keep constant check to avoid burning.
  • Take the contents out of the oven and spread into a large bowl.
  • Mix Yummy Special Muesli well.
  • :- Serve with evaporated milk and sugar.
